Grade A Office Development Grant Scheme For Newry City

The Grade A Office Development Grant Scheme is now open. The purpose of the scheme is to support the creation of new, high quality Grade A office accommodation within the Newy City Centre area.

Opening Date: Friday 19 September 2025

Closing Date:  Friday 28 November 2025
