If you make or import Cosmetics Products for sale in GB, you will need to add your products to the UK’s Submit a Cosmetic Product Notification Portal, as well as the EU Cosmetics Products Notification Portal for products sold in Northern Ireland.
Guidance for putting cosmetics on both the Northern Ireland and Great Britain market can be found here.
