Planning Applications

You can submit planning applications at either of the following Council offices:

Downshire Civic Centre, Ardglass Road, Downpatrick

Haughey House, Unit 19, Rampart Road, Greenbank Industrial Estate, Newry

Submitting an Amendment to Your Planning Application

if you need to make changes to your planning application, you can now do this online.

To submit an amendment:

Select the ‘Amend’ button on your application.
Scroll to the information or document you want to update.
Make your changes and save them.
This will create a “new” version of your application and send the updated information to your Planning Authority for review.

If your changes mean your fee needs to be increased, you can also pay the extra amount online.

Your Planning Authority will check the amendments and decide what happens next.

Nothing will change on the Public Register until the review is complete.

They will contact you if they need more details.
