Down Arts Centre, Downpatrick
Down Arts Centre in the heart of Downpatrick, is the main base for arts in the town and the surrounding area.
The Centre runs a busy year-round programme. This includes exhibitions, live theatre, music events and creative classes and workshops for all ages. Down Arts Centre staff also organise and manage the Newcastle Summer Season entertainment programme each year.
Opening Hours
Monday to Friday: 10am – 4.30pm
The Centre also opens in the evenings and on selected Sundays for special events, workshops and classes.

- Payment is required at the time of booking.
- Tickets are held at the Box Office unless you request postage.
- A £1 postage and admin fee applies if tickets are posted.
- Latecomers may not be admitted.
- Tickets are non-refundable.
Accessibility
Down Arts Centre is fully wheelchair accessible, with lifts to all floors and low-level access at the Box Office and bar. Wheelchair spaces are available in the auditorium.
If you need special assistance, please tell staff when booking. Disabled customers can ask a free ticket for a companion if needed.
