Sean Hollywood Arts Centre, Newry
NOW CLOSED PENDING REFURISHMENT
Sean Hollywood Arts Centre is situated beside Newry Town Hall on Bank Parade in the heart of the City. It first opened its doors to the public on 19 February 1982. Its original title was Newry Arts Centre but was renamed in 2003 to honour Newry man Sean Hollywood. Sean was a teacher, sports coach, civil rights activist and supporter of the arts.
The Arts Service has now relocated to Newry Town Hall from The Sean Hollywood Arts Centre.
