Discover the creativity and flavour of our district at our Artisan Markets, family-friendly events showcasing the very best of local producers.

Each market gives talented makers, growers and producers the opportunity to display and sell their goods, while encouraging everyone to Make it Local and support small businesses across the area.

Our Artisan Markets run monthly across the district, each offering a lively atmosphere with music and a diverse range of high quality stalls: 

Newcastle: Piazza, Newcastle Centre  -  first Saturday of each month

Downpatrick: St Patrick’s Square, Downpatrick - third Saturday of each month

Warrenpoint: Municipal Park – fourth Saturday of each month

All markets operate from 11am to 3pm, providing a relaxed weekend experience for families, residents and visitors alike.
