A Village Plan is a practical, working document that sets out a needs-based, strategic framework for a local area. Developed through community engagement, each Village Plan identifies an agreed set of actions aimed at addressing key issues, priorities, and opportunities that will positively impact the area and the people who live and work there.
Delivering these actions often needs community support, alongside proactive partnership working with a range of agencies and statutory bodies.
