If you are not happy with how your request for information has been handled, the fee which has been charged, or if you believe that we have incorrectly applied an exemption or exception and wrongly withheld information, you have the right to request an Internal Review.

You can seek an Internal Review of our response by contacting the Head of Compliance. You will be advised when you can expect a response.
