Statutory Fees

There are two occasions when you pay Building Control fees:

1. When you send an application
2. When you commence work under a Full Plan Application

Fee Calculator

Fees are set by the Department of Finance for Northern Ireland. Most home building or renovation work has fixed fees listed in the Fee Calculator. Some types of work are based on the estimated cost of the project.
