Hotel Development Grant Scheme

The Hotel Development Grant Scheme is now open. The purpose of the scheme is to support the development of new hotel accommodation across the District. Bids must be for at least 15 new en-suite bedrooms and can be for new or for the expansion of an existing hotel. All completed work must result in the hotel achieving a minimum rating of 3-stars.

Opening Date:     Monday 15 September 2025

Closing Date:      Friday 28 November 2025
