Christmas Panto Comes to Down Arts Centre
Christmas is coming to Down Arts Centre, with its latest offering of seasonal pantomime. On Friday, 7 December, the Centre will be presenting Little Bo Peep’s Christmas Mix Up, in association with Centre Stage Theatre Company
This charming production is a traditional fun panto for the all family to enjoy. Bo Peep and her adorable pet Baa Baa, the Black Sheep, care for all the sheep that give their wool for Santa’s Christmas Jumper, which keeps him warm delivering toys on a frosty Christmas Eve.
But Baa has gone missing and so have the sheep and a strange magic, witchy lady has entered Master Chef with her mutton stew…for Christmas Dinner!
Bo Peep needs help from The Beautiful Queen of Hearts, The Odd Little Boy Who Lives Down the Lane, her best friend Franz and most of all, the children in the audience, to survive the zaniest, craziest, mixed up Christmas ever.
Can the visiting children in the audience save the day?
On no they can’t!
Oh yes they can!
The show starts at 7pm and lasts 1 hour 10 minutes.
Down Arts Centre showcases the very best in music, theatre and comedy and tickets to one of their fabulous shows would make a special Christmas gift.
