Public Health Complaints

The Council will investigate complaints received on the following areas:

  • Accumulation of dog foul
  • Accumulation of household waste
  • Defective privately rented dwellings
  • Drainage complaints
  • Offensive odours
  • Ruinous and dilapidated premises
  • Smoke, dust, and fumes.

In most instances complaints can be resolved through informal advice.
