The Newry, Mourne and Down Labour Market Partnership is delivering a suite of Programmes focusing on ensuring that the district offers residents the best opportunities for accessing work and upskilling for whilst promoting Newry, Mourne and Down as a great place to live and work.

Eligibility Criteria
Participant Eligibility
- The participant will be a resident or employed within Newry, Mourne and Down District Council.
- Employee Candidates must be over 18yrs.
- Employees must be in full time or part time work.
Business Eligibility
- Businesses participating will be located within Newry, Mourne and Down District Council.
- Businesses must have identified progression route(s) and foresee vacancies which can be filled through upskilling existing employee(s)
- Employee Candidates must be over 18yrs.
- Employees must be in full time or part time work.
- Employees must have an identified progression route within their current employment which supports the requirement of a new skill / qualification.
