Invest Northern Ireland will bring together supply chain experts for the second of two workshops providing practical tools and techniques to assess your supply chain activities, reduce risks, deliver supply chain cost savings, and ultimately improve your overall business profitability.

It is estimated that up to 50% - 75% of the cost of doing business is influenced directly by supply chains - hence the need for more robust controls of your supply chain. This workshop will highlight why a focus on supply chain cost reduction management is fundamental to the success and financial health of businesses.
