Supply Chain workshops to reduce costs and improve profitability for Newry, Mourne and Down Businesses

Businesses located in the Newry, Mourne and Down District Council area are invited to improve their profitability and reduce costs in a workshop hosted by Invest Northern Ireland.

Supply Chain workshops highlight practical steps to reduce cost, improve cash flow, improve supply chain performance and increase the competitiveness of your business through more effective warehouse management.

Invest Northern Ireland will bring together supply chain experts for the second of two workshops providing practical tools and techniques to assess your supply chain activities, reduce risks, deliver supply chain cost savings, and ultimately improve your overall business profitability.

It is estimated that up to 50% - 75% of the cost of doing business is influenced directly by supply chains - hence the need for more robust controls of your supply chain. This workshop will highlight why a focus on supply chain cost reduction management is fundamental to the success and financial health of businesses.

There will be an opportunity for 1-1s with experienced supply chain industry practitioners and the chance to network with other local businesses.
