Revised Local Development Plan (LDP) Timetable Published

Newry, Mourne and Down District Council has revised its Timetable for the preparation of the Newry, Mourne and Down Council Local Development Plan (LDP).

The new Timetable has been approved in accordance with Regulation 8 of the Planning (Local Development Plan) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015 and was approved by Council on 7 December 2020 and agreed by the Department for Infrastructure on 12 January 2021.

The new Timetable can also be inspected, by appointment only, between the hours of 9am – 5pm (Monday to Friday) at the Council’s Planning Offices at O’Hagan House, Monaghan Row, Newry BT35 8DJ or Downshire Civic Centre, Downshire Estate, Ardglass Road, Downpatrick BT30 6GQ.
