Mentor Support Programme

The NMD Business Mentor Support Programme is for business owners/managers who wish to enhance their skills, confidence, and abilities with the overall aim of enabling business growth.

The Programme is 100% FREE to eligible businesses and will include:

One to one expert mentoring support.
Group-based mentoring via four online workshops

The programme includes the delivery of a total of 80 mentoring days supporting 40 businesses and commences in mid-July and run until the end of September 2023.

How Can The NMD Business Mentor Support Programme Help You?

Participating businesses can expect to receive bespoke one-to-one support with an experienced consultant. The support areas on offer range from sales and marketing, internal operations and strategic development, financial management and recruitment and much more. All support has the aim of helping businesses make the most of potential growth opportunities.

To Be Eligible Your Business Must

Priority will be given to NMD businesses that have not participated on a business support programme funded by Newry, Mourne and Down District Council within the past 12 months.
Have been trading for more than 6 months
Employ less than 50 full time equivalent staff
Have job creation potential.
