Food Waste Caddy And Liners

Compostable bags are currently only available at the Council’s HRC sites.

One roll of compostable liners can be collected free of charge at any of our Household Recycling Centres.

Food waste can also be wrapped in newspaper before placing in your Brown Bin.  

Most supermarkets also stock the compostable bin liners e.g. Asda, Gordons Chemist, Lidl, Sainsburys, Tesco, etc – make sure the liners bear the seedling logo and are 10 litres in capacity.
